ChaetoFarm.com Return Policy: Upon receiving your product please inspect for any issues. If you have any problems, reach out to us by email at Support@ChaetoFarm.com within one week from the time the product was delivered. Customer support may request additional information, photos, etc. to help us identify the issue. In the rare case that a product fails to meet our quality standards, or has sustained damage in shipping, customer support may offer a replacement or refund. In the event of a replacement, ChaetoFarm.com will cover the cost of product and shipping of the replacement product. In the event of a refund, the charges will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3 business days, or a store credit can be immediately assigned at the customers discretion. ChaetoFarm.com (Chaeto Farms LLC) reserves the right to decide the merits of each individual claim. If you wish to return non-defective or undamaged product due to purchasing the incorrect item, size, or for general buyers remorse, etc. Please let us know by sending an email to support@chaetofarm.com within one week of receiving the product. You will have an additional 7 days after the return has been approved by our support staff to provide a confirmation of the return tracking information for the return shipment if the return will not received by ChaetoFarm.com within that 7 day window. For all returns related to non-defective or undamaged product the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receiving the return shipment of non-defective or undamaged product ChaetoFarm.com will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3 business days or a store credit can be immediately assigned at the customers discretion.
